Harry Rodman - Drums & Vocals

Harry has been playing drums for 36 years. Both his father and grandfather played drums and his oldest son plays drums as well. His first paying gig was a high school dance in 1974 at Plymouth-Canton High School and he went on to play dances and parties throughout the Detroit Area. In 1979 he went out on the road for a wild ride with a rock & roll band called The Edge. Then it was back to the Detroit area playing everything from country music in Moose and Eagles Clubs to working the 8 Mile strip clubs backing Elvis impersonators.

Harry and a bass playing friend later joined Benny & the Jets, playing everywhere from Las Vegas to Ottawa. His next stop was with Detroit legend Jeff & the Atlantics. With the Atlantics, Harry played with The Contours, The Platters, Freddy "Boom Boom" Cannon, Gino Washington, Martha Reeves, and others. He spent the '90s filling in with various bands before joining the Witch Doctors in 2002. It was there that he met Doug, forming the foundation for The Bluescasters.
